I entered the contract with Michael Manning everything went very smooth and professional. The county was giving me push back on building a covered porch. But Michael and I took the time and research and stategize with the county to help me accomplish this goal. He went above and beyond. Dennis and his crew did an good job in building the porch in a timely manner. On the other hand there's always someone who not so pleasnwt
