Replacement windows
All 23 of our windows were replaced in one day. The installers did a good job. They were friendly .and professional. We are pleased with our windows.
Front porch
I entered the contract with Michael Manning everything went very smooth and professional. The county was giving me push back on building a covered porch. But Michael and I took the time and research and stategize with the county to help me accomplish this goal. He went above and beyond. NEW DECK
Aapco totally replace my old deck. The crew was on time and worked long hours to complete my deck in just 4 days. Any questions I had during the process were answered. The deck is beautiful and will be enjoyed for years to come. My only suggestion would be that when the holes are dug for the posts that the dirt be wheelbarrowed to one area instead of surrounding the entire deck. It does pose the problem of being a muddy mess. It could be something that the customer is asked and, as long as it is not some distant location but just a spot close by, it could be helpful. If it was in one pile, then it could be removed by the customer if so desired. That being said, I have referred friends to use Aapco for projects.

I was in need of a roof for my townhouse in Stafford VA and I went onto home advisor to find a contractor. I had a "local contractor", and two big name contractors. I went with Aapco because of the detailed information I received, warranty, professionalism, and the price was fair. The crew showed up a little early but that wasn't a problem. They worked hard and did everything the sales person said they would do. They cleaned up, magnetic swept the yard, and made it look like they were never there. Thank you Aapco!!
